The Mobile World Congress has been the parade of the 5G proposals of brands present in the mobile segment. The last of these was ZTE, which announced its Axon 10 Pro 5G. It will hit the European and Chinese markets later this year and is a very interesting high end.
Let's forget for a moment that this is a 5G smartphone. That's why we can already say that there is no release date or possible prices associated with this device. However, its set of specifications is interesting together.
We can look at this model as the successor to Axon 9 Pro. So we see the decrease in the famous notch. We used to have a single-screen iPhone there and now we see a drop of water style. In addition, the fingerprint sensor has shifted from rear to front and is now embedded in the screen.
Axon 10 Pro is ZTE's 5G bet
The rear cameras have also been upgraded. Last year's model had two, which went into a three-chamber setup. In addition to the main sensor, we have a wide-angle and an ultra-wide angle to accompany.
Indeed, the device specifications have not yet been fully revealed. However, a report from the 9to5Google website attests that we will have a 6.47 inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340 by 1080. In addition, it has 6GB of RAM and 128 storage.
It's not hard to guess that being a 5G smartphone, it will come equipped with the Snapdragon 855 and its X50 modem. As with all 5G smartphones announced on this MWC, release dates are vague. The brand speaks of “first half of 2019” but, as we all know, everything will depend on the 5G support that exists globally.
