Youtube will display your comment history: you know how

Youtube is a new feature called profile cards. These new cards will appear every time you click on the name of a "commenter" and promise to show all your last comments on that channel.

This is a feature recently announced in the creator community (video at end of article). The idea is for creators to have access to the comment history on your channel to see if a particular person is loyal or just a troll.

Uploading a commenter's name gives you access to your YouTube channel so far. However, you can't know much about this person since not everyone creates content for the platform.

You can only see comments for the commented channel

With these profile cards, you will be able to see comments made in the last 12 months. However, it is good to note that you can only see comments on that same channel.

The purpose is not to receive a complete picture of this user's profile. This happens, for example, in Reddit, where you have access to the comment history of the person in question.

This will give you "the feel of the type of person you are writing" and is expected to help creators recognize their best (or worst) commentators. Content creators will thus have more power over who comments.
