Xiaomi constantly continues to develop new ways to achieve an increasing market share in Europe, either by opening more physical stores or launching new products. Now, the head of the brand for some European markets has revealed an unexpected novelty.
Andrew Wong published on his official Twitter account a video that introduces Xiaomi’s new bet for European markets. The video serves as a presentation for the prototype that promises to revolutionize Xiaomi’s presence in several markets, a physical store on wheels.
This concept was taken literally by the manufacturer, converting a container into an extremely attractive and complete physical store. As you would expect for a project of this nature, its unique mobility will allow the brand to reach literally anywhere.
A Xiaomi mini shop on wheels where you’ll find all the gadgets you love
For now, only the presentation video of the new store “Xiaomi Pop-up” was revealed, with no information on when we can expect to see it on the roads. It will also be interesting to find out which countries / cities the manufacturer will focus on at an early stage.
Still, as you can see in the video (above), despite the small size, these stores on wheels will make available to fans a large portion of the giant Xiaomi portfolio. In addition, it is also impressive how they managed to replicate the design and visual impact already traditional of the brand’s stores.
In the video, we see that some of the most popular products are present in this store, from smartphones, robot vacuum cleaner, routers, Mi Band, air purifier, toothbrush, smart scale, electric compressor pump and much more.
Although the variety of products is really impressive, it will also be interesting to see how the brand will do to ensure a good availability of each of these products, considering that the storage space does not seem to be much.
