After yesterday we saw several renders Of this Xiaomi Redmi 5, now its latest secrets and details have just been revealed, in full with TENAA certification. The equipment will be presented very soon, on December 7th, the date we had already mentioned. All parts of this puzzle are finally together, just missing their official presentation.

Prior to such an event, the Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone needs to get multiple approvals. Several certificates from different agencies, TENAA being one of them and perhaps the most important. This Chinese state agency regulates mobile and telecommunications devices in the country. Organ similar to UK’s ANACOM or Brazilian ANATEL.

Now, thanks to this certification we have new images of the actual product as well as some features or technical specifications of it.
That said, we are looking at an Android smartphone with a beautiful screen. With 5.7 inches and 18: 9 aspect ratio the equipment has a look pretty stylish for a mid range smartphone.
Its resolution will be 1.440×720 pixels, so HD + (the "Plus" refers to the extra screen space). Inside we will have a processor with 8 processing cores with a maximum frequency of 1.8Ghz. Already in its rear we will have a main camera of 12MP whereas in the front camera we have a secondary camera of 5MP.
This Xiaomi Redmi 5 uses Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system with its new MIUI 9 on top. It will be available in various types of configurations / variants. From 2/3 and 4GB of RAM and 16/32 and 64GB of internal storage. Memory expansion via microSD is also present, as well as a 3200mAh battery.
Finally, according to TENAA, the dimensions of the Xiaomi Redmi 5 are 151.8 x 72.8 x 7.7 mm. Its weight is about 157 grams. It will be available in Rose Gold, Black, Gold, White, Blue, Red, Pink and Silver.
