Xiaomi continues to invest in expanding its portfolio in the most varied segments. One of the markets where he has been betting a lot is gaming, where he has already launched several accessories and several monitors. After having launched a total of 5 monitors on the market, the manufacturer is now preparing to present its second one for lovers of video games.
At the time of its launch, the Xiaomi Mi Curved Display gained immediate popularity, arriving at a price around € 275 (China). This monitor will soon also be available in UK, but the official price has not yet been revealed. This new model will be aimed at tighter budgets, being also smaller.
Even without an official name, it is known that the panel will be produced by AUO and will have 24.5 “inches. When it comes to its price, it is said to be around € 125, which would be a price impossible to resist and that would scare competition.
Xiaomi sees the gaming world as an extremely profitable market
Although it does not have as many products available as in other segments, it seems clear that Xiaomi has started to consider the gaming market as one of the most profitable it could become. Considering the great growth over the last few years, there are many companies that look at this market as a real gold mine.
Details on its specifications and design are not yet known. But it is said that the most likely panel on this new monitor is the AUO 24.5 “inch with support for a 240Hz refresh rate. The manufacturer already has a model that supports up to 360Hz, but it seems unlikely that Xiaomi managed to keep its price so low.
