Xiaomi POCO M3: pay attention to this ‘secret’ before buying

Last week, Xiaomi’s now independent brand launched the POCO M3. The new smartphone is aimed at the low-end segment, and has a ‘secret’ that you should keep in mind before buying.

Xiaomi POCO M3 has UFS 2.1 memory in the 64GB model and UFS 2.2 in the 128GB model

The POCO M3 has 4GB of RAM, and its two variants are divided between 64GB and 128GB of storage. However, the more modest model has UFS 2.1 type memory, while the 128GB model has UFS 2.2.

This means, as Xiaomist says, that it has “Write Booster”. As its name implies, this feature allows the device to obtain better writing speeds.

Where will you feel improvements with UFS 2.2 on Xiaomi POCO M3

In practice, applications and games will run faster. And for just another € 20, this is a difference that will be significant, especially with regard to the longevity of its performance.

Remember that the POCO M3 has a stated base price of 149 € for the 64GB version, and 169 € for the 128GB version. However, the 128GB version is pre-ordered for a limited time on Amazon Spain for 149 €.

The POCO M3 is a true ‘little monster’ for the low-end segment. It has a Full HD + screen, a powerful 6000mAh battery and has stereo speakers. Its processor is the Snapdragon 662. It will be the ideal phone for those who buy the first smartphone, want to spend little or want secondary equipment that does not leave it ‘in hand’ in relation to the battery.
