The good news was provided by the official MIUI India website. According to this, MIUI 11 will officially arrive on October 16 in the country, and a global release of this version of user interface from Xiaomi.
The MIUI 11 beta has been available since last month in China, and India is the next country. Xiaomi will be launching Redmi Note 8 Pro in this country on October 16th, and should also launch MIUI 11.
New MIUI doesn't mean new Android for all devices
This version promises not only to bring aesthetic changes, but is defined as the fastest ever version of the user interface. Please note, however, that a new version of MIUI does not mean a new version of Android.
Last month was revealed an extensive list of devices that will receive MIUI 11. That is, you can have MIUI 10 with Android Pie, and receive MIUI 11 without receiving Android 10.
It sounds like a confusing option, but it's Xiaomi's policy. So it is not surprising that the extensive list of devices that receive this user interface (link at the end of the article), from top of the range to the more modest models.
We'll have to wait a few days to see MIUI 11 reach one of the world's most important markets. The global launch is expected to come very soon, without having to resort to the usual adventures.
