Its first version, entitled Mi Laser Projector, was very successful due to its good value for money. Since this is one of the strengths of the Chinese brand, it's no wonder a second version is released.

The Mi Laser Projector Lite will be launched on January 2nd through the crowdfunding from Xiaomi.

Being a Lite version, this equipment is expected to have more modest features than the original Mi Laser Projector. However for now we can count on support for HDR10 and an LED projection up to 1080p resolution.
In addition we will find two 10W speakers equipped with Dolby audio and DTS sound effects as well as the preinstalled MIUI TV operating system. This means it also supports voice control. The Xiaomi Mi Laser Projector Lite can project on screens between 80 and 120 inches.
In short, this is one more gadget interesting from the company that does a bit of everything. Projectors, though a niche, are increasingly catching users. It is certainly a device that can boost home entertainment, especially in groups.
The Xiaomi Mi Laser Projector Lite will be released on January 2, 2019 at 2:30 pm by Crowdfunding. While we don't know official figures, we can count on a tag of 2199 yuan, or 276 euros.
