The Huawei Honor Band 5 has officially hit the market to compete directly with the Xiaomi Mi Band 4. Both smart bracelets are quality and both share a minimalist style.
Xiaomi Mi Band 4 has been a success so far, however, Honor Band 5 promises to be a competitor of its own. It has basically all the features of Mi Band 4 and still gives us the information of oxygen in the blood. A novelty in smart bracelets. An important feature for all sportsmen.

Price of Honor Band 5 clashes with Xiaomi Mi Band 4
Huawei Honor Band 5 hit the market for 32 €. A price slightly below 35 € usually ordered by Xiaomi Mi Band 4.
Both bracelets are of quality and both will do what they promise. The decision will have to be by design. I personally like Xiaomi Mi Band 4 more for its wide bracelet customization, but if you don't want to spend more money on bracelets for Mi Band 4 you might as well look for Honor Band 5.
The Huawei bracelet will have a slight advantage over the Xiaomi Mi Band 4. I'm obviously talking about your smartphone app. Although Xiaomi is improving its software, Huawei is in this sector one step ahead.
In short, either option will be of quality. Above all, it's good to see two great value bracelets. Hopefully more manufacturers will decide to fight in this sector.
