Xiaomi celebrates this Tuesday the fifth anniversary of its line of air purifiers. Through a publication on the Weibo social network, the company revealed that more than 10 million units have been sold globally since its launch.
The first Mi Air Purifier hit the market on January 1, 2015. According to figures advanced by Xiaomi, 3.8 units per minute of this product have been sold since then.
This is a globally sold product, but it is in China that most of your sales will be. This is because in Xiaomi's home country, air pollution is a major health concern.
Since 2015, several products have already been launched by Xiaomi in this line. The main goal is to purify the air, and newer models already have an OLED screen so you know how clean your air is, and you can see the temperature and humidity levels.
Xiaomi air purifiers can be controlled from anywhere, thanks to the Mi Home app. You can remotely control air quality, temperature and humidity. In addition, you can set a timer to turn the scrubber on and off.
This is an ideal product for those who really feel concerned about the air quality in their home. Judging by the number of sales, this is already a topic that concerns many consumers.
