The Xiaomi Mi 9 is the latest smartphone from the Asian company and although it's a formidable device, it's not perfect. No smartphone is nor will be.
Users who already have the new Xiaomi Mi 9 on their hands have begun to list some of their problems, but they are not as serious as one might expect.
That is, all the problems mentioned are in software. This means that they will be resolved in software updates and there is no problem with the hardware.
Xiaomi Mi 9 problems are all software related
That is, hardware problems are always the concern. If you remember correctly, the Xiaomi Mi 5 couldn't handle a "fold"The Galaxy Note 7 had battery problems and the iPhone 6 also didn't get away with bendgate. Problems that had no solution after millions of devices manufactured and marketed.
That way, I'm glad to hear that the issues reported by users who already have Xiaomi Mi 9 only reported issues with the software that with updates are resolved at a glance.
Problems detected on Xiaomi Mi 9 so far
- Duplicate Notifications
- Notifications LED does not always turn on
- App icons don't show in notifications
- Problems with Android Auto on all users
- Frozen range information. Does not update information on which apps are running low on battery and how much time is left to finish on the graph
As you can see, it is not a 7-headed animal nor does it look very problematic. Although I like Xiaomi's MIUI 10, I have to admit that I have little patience for bugs that competitors don't usually make.
In short, Xiaomi needs to look seriously at its software. When it comes to hardware, we have stunning quality with a price that can't be resisted. But the software still depends (too much) on the goodwill of fans and the community.
