WhatsApp is very close to officially coming to iPad

If you have an iPad, one of the applications you'll miss most is WhatsApp. However, this gap is about to be filled. The company responsible for the application has already confirmed that it has an app developed for the iPad and will arrive soon.

After the iPhone and Mac app, iPad will also join the family. It will be a fully functional application with all the well-known features of this service.

Cross-platform compatibility is delaying release

The new WhatsApp application is fully developed, but the company does not want to launch it yet. Before that time, the entire cross platform system must be fully developed.

When this happens, this messaging service will be available on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Platform limitations will no longer be a barrier to keeping in touch with your friends.

It is not yet known when the application will be made available to the public. It may take days or months for this to happen, so we need to keep an eye out for the news.

Big news for WhatsApp is on its way

Apart from the announcement of the arrival of WhatsApp on the iPad, there is another platform that will soon take full advantage of the same service. Also the PC will soon receive a fully independent version of this service.

So far, to use WhatsApp on your computer you have to have your smartphone connected to the internet. That dependency will soon disappear, with this messaging service coming to the PC via a universal Windows application (UWP).
