Vivo is preparing to launch its new 5G smartphones in December. These are the Vivo X30 5G and Vivo X30 Pro 5G, which will feature in their cameras.
In the first official video, we see the back design of this smartphone, which promises to bring to the market a zoom capable of beating the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 or the Huawei P30 Pro.
Periscopic lens will be the key to success
As suggested in the video, this device can bet on a periscopic lens capable of providing 60x zoom. I remember that both the Huawei P30 Pro and the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 are "stuck" by 50x zoom.
As we understand from the video, Vivo wants to deliver a professional photography experience to those who buy these devices. In the rear design we see three sensors aligned on the left, with a separate quarter, which will presumably be this periscopic lens.
As already revealed by Vivo itself, the smartphone will arrive equipped with Exynos 980 processor. This is the first Samsung processor to come with integrated 5G modem.
The new Vivo X30 comes to attack the same device market space as the Mi Note 10, around 500/600 euros. It remains to be seen if Vivo will be able to be ahead of Xiaomi in the highlight – its cameras.
