After Netflix and HBO, the Amazon Prime Video streaming service now arrives at Vodafone UK’s pits. After MEO announced in August that it would be pumping its customers, it was Vodafone that did it first.
It is good to remember that Amazon Prime Video has been in UK since 2016. Although without much publicity, the service could already be subscribed online and is now available in the pits if you are a Vodafone customer.
Amazon Prime Video costs € 2.99 / month for the first six months
You will be able to try the service for seven days for free. After this time, Amazon Prime Video costs $ 2.99 for the first six months. After that, the price rises to € 5.99.
Since Thursday, the service has been “available on all Vodafone’s latest generation TV boxes – Vbox 4K and VBoxPro 4K”. The customer can subscribe to the service either on the Amazon website or through the application provided by Vodafone.
It’s on Amazon Prime Video that you’ll find exclusive shows like “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”, “The Man in the High Castle” and the award-winning “Fleabag” (which I strongly advise).
If you are a Vodafone customer, this may be the excuse you needed to try the service. However, if you are already a subscriber to Netflix and / or HBO UK, this is a plus amount at the end of the month.
