The latest OnePlus equipment has just been unveiled. These are the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro. In this sense, it is important to understand the difference between the latest mobile phones from the company famous for creating the concept of "flagship killer".
The pop-up camera and design
When looking at both phones, the biggest difference is the inclusion of the pop-up camera in the 7T Pro model. This makes the OnePlus 7T Pro have a screen without notch or frames, taking advantage of superior viewing space.
The OnePlus 7T has a notch in drop format. Either way, both phones have the same 16MP front sensor, with no difference in camera quality in selfies.
Slightly better rear cameras on OnePlus 7T Pro
Both models of the new OnePlus 7T have a triple chamber configuration. There is a 48 MP main lens, a 12 MP (8 MP in 7T) telephoto lens and a third 16 MP angular lens.
The difference is that the telephoto lens on OnePlus 7T supports zoom up to 2X, while the one on OnePlus 7T Pro supports up to 3X. A very insignificant difference, considering that we are talking about two different models with a few dozen euros in between.
OnePlus 7T or 7T Pro?
Let's face it, the differences the OnePlus 7T Pro brings don't really justify the price increase. OnePlus 7T has a base value of € 599 and 7T Pro starts at € 759. That extra 160 euros just means a pop-up camera and a zoom up to 3X.
OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro will begin shipping October 17th. OnePlus also announced that the brand will have pop-up events in several countries like London and Paris for example. OnePlus uses these events to promote products and sell mobile phones quickly.
