Joaquin Phoenix: And finally the Oscar arrived
They say that by much rebel attitude I have, I wanted this Oscar with all his strength. The film, based on the great villain of DC comics, has offered us a very different look to the conception that until now we had of the character thanks to the creativity of Todd Phillips and a Joaquin in absolute state of grace.

Philips has been able to tell a parallel and real story, away from all the science fiction of the genre, in which the man of uncontrollable laughter is a mentally ill beaten by a sadly stratified society. It goes without saying that such a story would not have worked the same if it had not been for Joaquin – did you know that Leonardo DiCaprio was also tempted to give life to the villain? -, who has managed to offer us one of the best interpretations of joker We have ever seen in history.
And such work received his top prize at the Oscars this past weekend. He was more than sung that the actor would take (finally) a statuette, thanks to an interpretation that has managed to convince everyone unanimously and thus assuming the final climax to a year of joker fantastic.
A tribute to the career of a transcendent Joker
