As might be expected, Samsung has managed to shake the smartphone market once again with the introduction of its new high end. Now, the time has come to bet heavily on marketing campaigns to show the world what it has to offer.
A new advertising campaign has spread in Sydney (Australia) several Samsung Galaxy S10 advertising placards with a unique feature. In order to make known the new feature "Wireless PowerShare", this poster can charge your smartphone. Of course for this you need to support wireless charging.
As you would expect, they did not put a Galaxy S10 in the ad, but rather a traditional wireless charger. However, the idea is quite clever and will be more than able to 'teach' anyone who sees the ad the new capabilities of the smartphone.
Samsung bets heavily on marketing of new Samsung Galaxy S10
This was one of the news that received the most attention from the South Korean manufacturer. Especially so the new Galaxy Buds with Galaxy Watch support wireless charging. This allows users to use the Galaxy S10 for 'emergency charging' of their gadgets.
I say emergency charging because "Wireless PowerShare" technology can only charge at 4.5W, which is much slower than the traditional 9-10W of Qi chargers. Therefore, users will not be expected to fully load any gadget.
But, the capabilities of this technology are not limited to loading gadgets from Samsung. In fact, as long as any other smartphone (or gadget) supports wireless charging, it can receive power from the Galaxy S10.
The new Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus and Galaxy S10e have recently hit stores and according to initial numbers, demand is meeting expectations. That's why Samsung has decided to invest even more in its global marketing campaigns. Thus, it is not surprising that this type of placard begins to be seen in other parts of the globe.
