ASUS is a respected brand in UK for its computers, laptops such as ASUS ROG and ZenBook, as well as desktops. Already in Brazil Zenfone's are a sensation in the smartphone market and even today we saw a bit of Zenfone Go, ASUS's next entry range.

The ASUS ROG G701VI, G752VS and ASUS ROG Strix GL502 / 702 and GL553 notebooks have been updated with the latest Intel Core processors to maintain the leading ROG line in 2017 and top specifications for the demanding public.

A good gaming computer, whether portable or fixed, needs a good graphics card. Aware of this, ASUS uses the NVIDIA GTX. These boards have taken the lead in worldwide sales charts with a 29% market share between January and September 2016, according to an independent market study by GfK and the NPD group.

ASUS plans to strengthen the # 1 position in 2017 with its ASUS ROG notebooks powered by 7th generation Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10 series graphics cards.

Today we are aware that the brand has upgraded several of its top lines with new processors so that the equipment meets the demands of the public.
The highlight goes to the ASUS ROB G701VI, G752VS and ASUS ROG Strix GL502 / 702 and GL553 which are already available with processors up to 7th generation Intel Core i7. These newer processors not only offer higher speed and performance, but also support for native 4K UHD resolution.


The ASUS ROG G701VI comes with a 7th generation Intel Core processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics (to make overclocking) with 64GB DRAM for some desktop performance.

This model has a widescreen display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and NVIDIA G-SYNC technology. Also includes keyboard anti-ghosting with rollover 30-key control for greater command and control accuracy on your battlefields.


ASUS ROG G752VS uses 7th generation Intel processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10 series graphics, up to 64GB of DDR4 memory and Windows 10. The ROG G752VS OC Edition offers an unlocked 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor with overclocking and supports overclocking up to 4.3GHz.

The widescreen offers stunning image quality and contrast even from the most difficult viewing angles. The super-fast 120Hz native refresh rate and NVIDIA G-SYNC playback technology ensure fluid gameplay.

ASUS ROG Strix GL502 / GL702

The new ASUS ROG Strix GL702

The ROG Strix GL502 / GL702 models feature 7th generation Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or GTX 1060 graphics. The 15.6 inch (GL502) and 17.3 inch (GL702) widescreen displays have an ultra cool refresh rate. 120Hz and NVIDIA G-SYNC technology.

They also feature anti-ghosting keyboards with red backlit keys, 30-key rollover and backlit WASD keys, as well as the new ROG Armor Titanium and Plasma Copper color scheme.

ASUS ROG Strix GL553

The ASUS ROG Strix GL553 comes with pre-installed Windows 10 operating system, 7th generation Intel i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 / 1050Ti graphics and Microsoft DirectX 12 to give gamers powerful gaming performance and perfect images.

These notebooks feature specifically designed chiclet keyboards with red backlit membrane keys that are 2.5mm apart for easy tactical controls.

Pricing and Availability

The new ASUS ROG G701VI, G752VS and ASUS ROG Strix GL502 / 702 and ROG Strix GL553 notebooks are now available in UK with recommended PVP's from € 1,299. These are machines that deserve our attention and even a review / review.
