Tesla cars can now "see" cones on the road

Tesla cars are among the most technologically advanced cars on the market. So whenever something new comes out for your cars it is normal to look in some wonder.

After Smart Summon, which brings the car to you at the touch of a button on the smartphone, Tesla has decided to upgrade its system so that the car can see the cones on the road.

A small incident caused by roadside cones that Tesla did not detect

This video went viral a few months ago because of the autopilot's ineffectiveness in detecting the cones on the road. In this case, Tesla picked some cones but nothing serious to report.

The new update has been requested all over the world and is now reaching all vehicles with autopilot.

New update begins to reach all Tesla cars

I believe it is important to note that Tesla cars already detected the cones on the road, but did not give us a visual representation on the screen. With the new update this already happens.

Still, in the update, Tesla informs drivers to keep a close eye on the road. Even if they have autopilot on.

Tesla Traffic Cones

It can be read in the update "The driving view now displays traffic cones. In cases where a traffic cone is detected and autopilot navigation is enabled (requires full auto steering capability). As always, you are responsible for your vehicle and should pay attention at all times."
