Quick guide Adjust Lip Sync
- Open KODI and start playing a Video stream
- Click the little speaker icon on Player menu bar
- Click on Audio Offset
- Adjust the slider until lip sync is achieved by moving it ahead or behind
Do you have issue when watching a online stream on KODI and you find that the lip sync is not correct for streams or any stream you play on it ?
So in this guide we will provide the steps needs to be done to fix the issue. Whether its for a particular stream or any stream you play.
So first you need to open KODI and start playing a Video stream. If the video is playing is out of sync with the audio. Click the little speaker icon on Player menu bar as per screenshot below or the video help above ( Different Skins may have different icons but one of the Play back Gui button will take you to the window you need ). Its marked in Yellow for you to proceed with steps on it.
So the window will open up and you need to Click on Audio Offset Entry on it and Adjust the slider until lip sync is achieved by moving it ahead or behind ( You may need to check a few time til it gets fits on what level of adjust needed on it . Please refer to below screen –
Now if you find all the streams you have same lip sync issue or the same and so its hard to do that on each streams so you will need to go to previous menu mentioned as above and Click the Set as default for all video entry on it so now this settings will be saved for all the stream. Please refer to below screen –
Now once you are done with it than you will find audio is in sync with streams you were playing.
