Lucasfilm and Aspyr announced the launch of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II, one of the most beloved games in the universe created by George Lucas, for Android and iOS.
The return to the Old Republic will take place on December 18th, the day when the game can be downloaded on Google Play and the App Store, with a price of $ 14.99.
Android and iOS version gets special treatment
Aspyr indicates that it is an experience optimized for mobile devices, without making any reference to the inclusion of additional material developed over the years for other platforms, in order to complement the history of the game.
Despite this, it is promised to redesign the controls and game systems in order to accommodate the needs of players who have mobile as their platform of choice.
The producer also guarantees that fans of the original game will not be disappointed with the version for smartphones and tablets.
If you are interested, you can pre-register on Google and Apple platforms, in order to guarantee access on the first day.
Star Wars: KOTOR 2 is a cult RPG
Although fans often complain about the quality of Star Wars games, the two Knights of the Old Republic are the clear exception to the rule, having even contributed to introducing the franchise to many players who had never seen the movies.
In this second iteration of KOTOR, we follow the story of an exiled Jedi, who seeks to prevent the Sith from destroying the Jedi Order. One of the main attractions of the RPG is the possibility to choose how you follow your path, with your actions determining whether you fall to the Dark Side or the Luminous Side of the Force, with consequences in the course of the narrative.
You can expect dozens of hours of entertainment and the strong possibility of wanting to play again to experience other perspectives, a game not to be missed by Star Wars fans.
