To check the availability of the new Android Oreo beta build – if you are enrolled in the beta program – go to Settings. Then, in Software Updates clicks Download. If the software is already available, your download will start automatically.
The upgrade weighs in at about 613MB so you should download it over a Wi-Fi connection. This way you won't overload your data plan. Also charge the battery of your device with at least 50% charge before proceeding with any installation.
