Earlier today, we inform you of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra’s passage through the Geekbench platform where it revealed some of its specifications. Now, thanks to the XDA Developers editor-in-chief Max Weinbach, we know the rest of the hardware that will be inside this model.
It should be noted that Max Weinbach has a very credible reputation. Incidentally, he was the one who published the first real images of the Samsung Galaxy S20 + that go against what was expected.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Specifications
- 12GB / 16GB RAM
- 128GB / 256GB / 512GB expandable internal memory via microSD card up to 1TB
- Rear camera with main sensor 108MP + 48MP 10x optical zoom + 12MP wide angle
- 5000mAh battery
- Fast 45W charging (0% to 100% in 74 minutes)
This is the list of specifications for the Galaxy S20 Ultra that Max Weinbach is able to disclose. We know we don’t have all the data, but some, like your Snapdragon 865 / Exynos 990 processor, are already known.
That said, it is noted that the base version of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will come with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. In fact, all Galaxy S20s are believed to come with a minimum of 12GB of RAM.
The rear camera of this smartphone should have up to five lenses, although we only have information here on three. Indeed, it is possible that this model still has a ToF lens and eventually a macro – this last point still generates some uncertainty.
It should also be noted that Weinbach states that the Galaxy S20 Ultra will keep the microSD card slot. This statement leaves in doubt whether the other members will have the same right.
Samsung Galaxy S20 family will again feature three elements
As last year, South Korea will unveil three smartphones on February 11. By 2020, we will have the Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra.
The technology giant will thus eliminate the “e” variant from its portfolio and add the “Ultra”. The first will be replaced by the Galaxy S20 as a base model and the most powerful of all will be the one we portray in this article.
