This equipment, as I said, is aimed at the Indian market, so the European consumer should not have access to this terminal, at least not yet.
Samsung's strategy in offering this device in India is understood. It is a market with very specific needs, and many differences in the economic power of the population. So this option from Samsung may come to please many who do not want to spend so much to have a smartphone.
