Very SatisfiedThis was my first visit to Entertainment Box and will not be my last. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong remote for my TV Box. Had a very productive online chat with their support person, he directed me to the dept that could help correct my error. Within 24 hours after contacting their senior support dept I got and email back. Claudett was very helpful and assured me they would correct my order and process immediately. Thanks to all involved for this speedy resolution.
