Redmi presented this Tuesday its Redmi K30 smartphone. The terminal will hit the market in 4G and 5G variants, and the managing director of Xiaomi's sub-brand has made it public to ensure that stock will not run out.
Lu Weibing assured that this time the company prepared sufficient stock of the Redmi K30 before starting to sell them. Redmi's CEO was forced to make this statement on the Weibo social network after rumors of stock problems.
One of the potential problems would be the smartphone camera, which has the Sony IMX686 sensor. According to rumors, this sensor would have faced technical problems in its mass production.
Weibing made sure that these are false rumors, and that potential buyers should not worry. The 4G variant is available for sale in China on December 12th.
Global version will still take
However, the 5G variant will only be available in January next year. If you're waiting for its global version – presumably named Xiaomi Mi 10T – you'll have to wait a few more times.
Even with a controversial hole in the screen, the Redmi K30 5G will still be one of the most interesting intermediaries in the market very soon. The 120Hz refresh rate screen promises great fluidity, and its cameras are another point of interest.
