After the huge success achieved by the two smartphones, the subsidiary of Xiaomi has announced that will present on September 19 a new model, the Redmi K20 Pro "Supreme Edition".
However, this model should be unique to the Chinese market, immediately raising suspicions that a Xiaomi Pocophone F2 may be on its way!
Fans of the original Pocophone F1 remain 'dead' to see their successor arrive. However, with the arrival of the Redmi K20 Pro, launching the desired Pocophone F2 became virtually impossible. With this new variant, rumors are reborn and the arrival of the Xiaomi Pocophone F2 is once again 'in the mouth of the world'.
Xiaomi Pocophone F2 could be the global variant of this "Supreme Edition"
I recall that the global version of the Redmi K20 eventually came in the form of the Xiaomi Mi 9T, and its "Pro" version eventually took a lot longer to reach Europe.
Now, this surprise revealed by the subsidiary of Xiaomi comes to stir again the wave of rumors. Since, everything indicated that the arrival of the Xiaomi Pocophone F2 equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor would be possible.
So far, it seems that this new model will be exclusive to China and that the only news will be the SD855 + processor and the Adreno 640 graphics processor. to finally bring the successor of the Pocophone F1.

Possible changes in a hypothetical Xiaomi Pocophone F2
Although several rumors point to the possibility that the Pocophone F2 will be a global version of this new variant of Redmi K20 Pro, if so, some changes may apply.
The original Pocophone stood out for offering true high-end specs at an unbeatable price. The brand was able to do this by sacrificing in some details, such as its plastic construction.
Therefore, it is also possible that this will happen in the case of the Xiaomi Pocophone F2, as maintaining its plastic construction will certainly allow for a much more 'friendly' price.
However, this may not be the only sacrifice. It would not be surprising if we saw the manufacturer choose to put a small notch / punch hole instead of the pop-up camera, as well as an LCD screen instead of the AMOLED. All of these alternatives would allow the Pocophone F2 to come with a much more attractive price, following the lines of the original smartphone.
But it is important to note that at this point, it is all pure speculation, and there is still no hint that the Xiaomi Pocophone F2 might even be on its way. For now, we only know that within two days, Redmi will present the "Supreme Edition" of the Redmi K20 Pro in China.
