Rising Rivals is the title given to the second major expansion in the Platinum Series of Pokemon Trading Card Game. It was initially released in Japan as Bonds to the Ende of Time, the second expansion of the Pokemon Card Game DPT Era. It is based on Pokemon Platinum and features Generation IV Pokemon, the Gym Leaders, and Elite Four from the Sinnoh League. The English expansion was published on May 16, 2009, and the Japanese expansion on December 26, 2008.
The second and third versions of Pokemon SP were introduced by the Pokemon Pokemon GL (and Pokemon Pokemon 4, respectively) and were owned by the Elite Four and Gym Leaders. These Pokemon are Pokemon they used in the Pokemon Platinum Version.

Rising Rivals has a subset of cards that contains the mysterious Plasma Pokemon Rotom. Each Rotom can alter its type to match the form in which it is found, such as Water-type for Frost Rotom(RT2). Rotom is more than a threat to opposing Weaknesses. Heat Rotom (RT3) can be a powerful engine to get your Fire-type Pokemon up and burn your opponent's Pokemon. You can keep your enemies off balance by using the power of Charon’s Choice (RT6). They won't know what Rotom you will be facing next.
