Forces Unveiled, Strengths Revealed… Powers Emerged!

You now have the power to unlock the secrets of Unova! The Pokemon TCG: Black & White – Emerging Powers expansion introduces new Pokemon, including the powerful Legendary Pokemon Cobalion and Terrakion. The Black & White-Emerging powers expansion allows Trainers to create new Item cards that will revitalize their deck.

Emerging Powers is the second major Black & White Series expansion and part of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. There is no major expansion for the Japanese version, and it is based upon Pokemon Black and White and features Generation V Pokemon and the Legendary Pokemon Cobalion. It was released on August 31, 2011.

Reverse Holofoil, a new type of Holofoil, was introduced to replace the existing Mirror Holofoil. The Reverse Holofoil included the card's Energy symbols (for Pokemon cards) or Poke Balls (for trainer cards) across the entire card, excluding the artwork. The release of Pokemon TCG Black & White-Emerging Powers is the dawning of a new era for the Pokemon Trading Card Game. This landmark expansion gives Pokemon TCG players full access to booster packs and theme decks in the new online player-versus-player Pokemon Trading Card Game Online.

Pokemon TCG players can log in to Pokemon.com/tcgo and battle against other players worldwide anytime, anywhere. Players can increase their competitiveness by purchasing booster packs and Pokemon TCG: Black & White – Emerging Powers theme decks. These products enable players to create customized decks for online battles using virtual cards unlocked by special in-pack codes.

The new Pokemon TCG Black & White: Emerging Powers expansion features only Unova region Pokemon. It is ready to battle online or in real life with over 90 cards and brand-new Item Cards to revive each deck. Players will discover 25 new, undiscovered Pokemon as they explore the Unova region.

Now, two Pokemon TCG: Black & White – Emerging Powers theme decks can be purchased in stores. Each theme deck, Power Play and Toxic Tricks will feature a foil card. Each booster pack includes one guaranteed foil card and four new Pokemon–Tornadus (Cobalion), Braviary, Braviary, Darmanitan) – all of which are now available!
