Brian Shen, vice president of Oppo, is already testing the upcoming high-end Oppo Find X2, which will be unveiled this week. The VP published a video on Twitter boasting the 120Hz screen present in the equipment, in a demonstration in slow motion.
Of course, the difference between 120Hz and 60hz is noticeable when it comes to the refresh rate. Brian Shen also claims that he managed to get 7.9 hours of screen on, most of the time with the rate at 120Hz.
However, Brian Shen stressed the smart mode in the refresh rate. This mode automatically selects refresh rates between 120Hz and 60Hz, depending on the displayed content. Shen says that this function can add an additional 10% to the battery.
With the Super VOOC 2.0, Oppo’s 65W fast charging, the Find X2 promises to be an autonomy monster. Its battery is 4065 mAh, which can be charged from 0% to 100% in just a mere 35 minutes.
Oppo Find X2 screen will be luxurious
The panel of the Oppo Find X2 will be an OLED (probably manufactured by Samsung) with a resolution of QHD + (1440 x 2560). In addition to the 120Hz refresh rate, the phone will display a hole in the screen where the front camera is located, in the upper left corner. The Oppo Find X2 will be presented on March 6, with the Oppo Watch.
