At a time when most of the tops of the range available on the market use the Snapdragon 865 processor, this means that they must also arrive with 5G. Combining this with other top components, prices end up skyrocketing, as are the Xiaomi Mi 10 examples.
OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau, decided to rest fans more concerned about the prices of the new OnePlus 8. According to the executive, the equipment will not exceed 1000 dollars in the United States, which means that they should not exceed 1000 euros in Europe.
This was a confirmation to Business Insider, but Pete Lau was not specific about what the initial price of the equipment will be. Still, the 5G version of the OnePlus 8 Pro will thus be cheaper than any 5G version of the Galaxy S20.
OnePlus 8 Pro will have wireless charging
It remains to be seen what the official price of the OnePlus 8 Pro will be, which will certainly be the brand’s biggest bet in 2020. The equipment should mark a more pronounced job in the photographic segment, and will be the brand’s first equipment with wireless charging.
At a time when the Mi 10 Pro was launched for a price of € 999, any price lower than this will surely satisfy fans of OnePlus. But my bet is that the price will not be much lower than Xiaomi’s competitor.
At least the Pro version of OnePlus 8 will have a 120Hz screen, Snapdragon 865, RAM LPDDR5 and UFS 3.0 storage. It will certainly be one of the equipment of 2020, and its price can help that.
