NVIDIA is apparently planning to launch a limited edition graphics card commemorating the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 game. This launch was suggested by the game’s Twitter accounts and NVIDIA itself, in a “conversation” between the two accounts.

“What do you think of making a limited edition graphics for Cyberpunk 2077,” asked the game account. In response, NVIDIA warns users to be aware. In the same publication, the graphics card maker shared a blurred image of what appears to be the component in question.

The image isn’t very revealing, but it looks like the graphics will have the game’s yellow and green color scheme. Should this launch take place, it will be an excellent promotional opportunity for NVIDIA and CD Projekt RED, the development studio for Cyberpubk 2077, also responsible for hits like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Cyberpunk 2077 to be released in September

Originally, Cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to be released in September. However, due to delays in its development, the date changes to September 17, 2020. Like several other games like Marvel’s Avengers and Iron Man VR, the delay was justified to indicate that the game still needs to “polish some edges” .

“We have reached a stage of development where the game is complete and playable, but there is still work to do. The city of Night City is massive, as it is full of stories, content and places to visit. However, due to the massive scale and city complex, we need more time for testing. ” – official statement from CD Projekt RED.
