Leaker Roland Quandt shared on Twitter one of the accessories that HMD is launching for Nokia, in conjunction with the James Bond franchise. The first accessory will be a cover for Nokia 6.2, the material used for which is Kevlar, the same material with which bulletproof vests are made.
Despite having Kevlar material, this cover is unlikely to stop a bullet. Even so, it is still an interesting accessory for those who have Nokia 6.2 and are a fan of the 007 agent franchise, James Bond.
Regarding prices, nothing has yet been confirmed, but according to Roland Quandt, the cover will have a value of € 25. It was also mentioned by Quandt that a version of this cover will also be made available for Nokia 7.2 and possibly more models.
HMD is partnering with James Bond
HMD, owner of Nokia, is placing a big bet on this partnership with the franchise of the most famous secret agent in the world. The upcoming film, No Time To Die, will promote one of the brand’s next phones, the Nokia 8.2 5G. Images of Daniel Craig using his mobile phone are already circulating on the internet during the film.
Previously, James Bond films promoted Sony mobile phones, such as Pierce Brosnan in Tomorrow Never Dies. Daniel Craig has already used some Sony models, however, the partnership ended when the actor refused to pose with the Xperia Z4.
