In March, Nokia unveiled the Nokia 8.3 5G. This was Nokia’s first smartphone with 5G capabilities, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G. However, Nokia will still launch around 5 new devices by the end of the year, to complete the 2020 launches.
The Nokia family for 2020
- Nokia 7.3 5G
- Nokia 6.3
- Nokia 9.3 PureView
- Nokia 2.4
- Nokia 3.4
Starting with Nokia 7.3 5G and Nokia 6.3, they will join Nokia 8.3 in the mid-range segment. Next up is Nokia 9.3 PureView, which will be Nokia’s flagship for 2020. This will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, where its performance promises.
Next, we have the most modest Nokia 2.4 and 3.4. These will continue the successful line of entry-level equipment, with modest features and an appropriate price.
Release dates have not been confirmed, but we should expect to see these releases gradually over the last few months of the year. By October or November we should have all the mentioned equipment launched and available on the market.
The truth is that Nokia has done an excellent job with their smartphones, since they put Android on them. Even the most modest equipment has good build quality.
Additionally, the great asset of Nokia is the Android One program. Android comes practically unchanged in Nokia, which offers a pure Android experience rare today, found only in Motorola or Google Pixel, which are difficult to obtain in UK .
