Nokia introduces four new Android Go smartphones for the basics

Today was a day of presentations for Nokia and the Finnish brand also refreshed its influence in the low-end market. Here the brand presented four new smartphones, supported by Android Go precisely developed for more limited devices.

Then we have the new Nokia G10, Nokia G20, Nokia C10 and Nokia C20. They are equipment that wink to consumers with little financial power, since their prices fluctuate between € 75 and € 160.

Nokia G10 and Nokia G20 look for undemanding users

The Nokia G10 and Nokia G20 present themselves with a familiar design of the entry segment of the brand. We have a water drop-shaped notch screen and a plastic rear with a round module for your cameras.

Both present themselves with a screen 6.5 “inch LCD and resolution HD +. It is curious to note that both arrive with the largest battery ever launched by Nokia, 5050mAh.

The Nokia G20 is the one that brings together the greatest potential among the pair, largely due to its processor MediaTek Helio G35. This SoC is supported by 4GB RAM and even 128GB of storage.

Its camera is the same as the Nokia X10, providing the versatility that is required today. The Nokia G10, on the other hand, refuses to use a wide-angle lens, which is no longer an option for those who like photographs with a wide field of view.

The Nokia G10 will arrive in European stores at a recommended retail price of € 140, while the Nokia G20 will be sold for € 160. Both devices have a promise of two years of upgrades.

Nokia C10 and Nokia C20 take the basics to the extreme

If you consider the two models above too limited, then the Nokia C10 or Nokia C20 will be even less desirable. These are the most limited Android smartphones we currently have on the market.

The first of this pair comes equipped with a processor Unisoc Unisoc SC7331E, while second uses a Unisoc SC9863A. To understand the limitation of this pair, this equipment will be limited to networks 3G and LTE.

The inclusion of Android Go in these models has never been so well justified, given their hardware limitations. Both start with 1GB RAM and storage of up to 32GB.

At a photographic level, both the Nokia C10 and the Nokia C20 are limited to the use of a 5MP at the rear and at the front. Given so many commitments, it is not surprising that they arrive with a microUSB input.
