The cancellation of MWC 2020 due to the Coronavirus will certainly have a negative impact on the mobile phone industry. Although it was an event more focused on investments than the consumer, it is a relevant event where many brands take advantage of the exhibition to promote their products.
The event having been canceled, there is a list of brands and mobile phones that had their launch impaired or even delayed. From Nokia to Xiaomi, here are some of the phones most affected by the cancellation of MWC 2020.

The truth is that some of the brands mentioned as LG and Sony had already announced their absence from the event, due to the Coronavirus. Regarding Xiaomi, the brand has already revealed the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, despite the cancellation. However, the official launch event for the tops of the range is yet to be announced.
Still in Asia we have Oppo, which was going to present its Oppo Find X2 at MWC. This equipment is a top of the range that promises to impress, as it has a 2K resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, raising the bar on the panels.
Finally we have Huawei, which planned to present the improved version of its Mate X foldable at MWC. Titled Huawei Mate Xs, this foldable brings an improved build quality, processor upgrade and is ready to run mobile data on 5G networks.
