After being revealed today that the next Motorola event will take place in Sao Paulo on February 7th. Here are the first pictures hands-on of the Motorola Moto G7.
Thanks to these new images, we can see almost every detail of the new mid-range smartphone. I recall that this will be one of the most interesting smartphones, among the new additions to the brand portfolio.
In the photographs we can see two variants – black and red – but it is believed that other shades should appear on the day of presentation. One of the highlights of the Moto G7's design is the presence of a drop-shaped notch, which allows for a higher screen / body ratio. This will then be the first manufacturer to come up with this kind of notch.
Will the Motorola Moto G7 bring enough news to ensure success?
Although it comes with this 'new' notch, we still see quite thick margins, which eventually 'steal' desired front panel space. It would certainly be interesting to see these new mid-range come with a more desirable front panel.
In turn, in the rear panel, we ended up not finding any news. We still have the same kind of curved design found in its predecessors, with the circular photo module positioned in the center.
As already mentioned in several rumors. The fingerprint reader will be positioned immediately below the camera, arriving with the built-in brand logo.
With a very conservative design, price could be the secret to success.
As for its specifications, the Motorola Moto G7 should feature a 6.24 "Full HD screen. Controlling the center of operations will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor, backed by 3GB of RAM.
In the photographic segment, you can count on a double rear camera (12MP + 5MP) and a camera selfie 8 megapixel camera. Powered by a 3000mAh battery with fast charging support. It is expected to feature a virtually 'pure' version of Android Pie.
There has not yet been confirmation of its price, but it is believed to be around 180 euros. If confirmed, you may have great difficulty competing with the tempting offers from Xiaomi and other Chinese manufacturers.
