Xiaomi accidentally launched MIUI 11 for some of its devices. These include the Redmi K20 Pro, Mi Mix 2S and Mi 6, which made possible a first look at the next version of the user interface from the manufacturer.
The XDA Developers forum shared images that reveal the icons, general look and some features of MIUI 11. The new icons are very colorful, but not in line with Android 10. So we don't see consistency in size and size. way, as in pure Android.
MIUI's big slogan (as we see below) is "boost productivity". In general we see a design where a lot of white space is used, and bold text throughout. In the middle image we see the new design running in many of the system applications.
Among the features of MIUI 11 is the new approach to file sharing between devices, where Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo have all worked together. In the MIUI always-on screen, you can make various customizations as you like.
Light intensity in Always On mode can be changed
If you wish, you can enable text color change over time. More importantly, you will also have the option to change the light intensity in this mode, depending on your sunrise / sunset time.
File manager will be redesigned
In the new MIUI, users will also see a redesigned file manager. Other features include the ability to customize Dark Mode for hours of the day.
Please note that this is a version of MIUI not yet officially released. Certainly more features will be announced as their official release on September 24 approaches.
