It was almost a year ago – in October 2019 – that Microsoft officially announced the Surface Duo. This will be the first foldable smartphone from the company whose product director is Panos Panay, which continues to promote the device on its social networks.
Although with no concrete date to reach the market, the executive continues to give appetizers to fans to be anxious for the equipment. And this time he shared a video where the focus is on the folding zone.
In just 10 seconds, we see how the folding zone will work at 360 degrees. Unlike other foldables on the market, this device will open to reveal the two screens, and fold completely so that only one can be used.
This week was also marked by a leak of information from the equipment. Leaker @samsungboat shared press footage of the equipment in all its splendor.
In one of them we see the Surface Duo next to the pen that will accompany it. In another we see the folded equipment, accompanied by a cover, the charger and the power cord. In the third, the equipment appears partially folded.
Surface Duo may hit the market on August 24
This same publication states that the equipment will hit the market for $ 1400. The official release date has yet to be revealed, but the latest information says it could happen on August 24th.
