The Your Phone app is the bridge between your smartphone and your computer if you are a Windows and Android user. It was launched in July with the intention of synchronizing your messages, notifications and photos with your PC.
Now, Microsoft announced the release of a much requested feature: Call. Through it, if you have your smartphone synchronized with your computer, you can answer or make calls directly from your Windows.
Functionality already exists between an iPhone and a Mac
This is a feature similar to that already exists in MacOS, and called continuity. In the case of iOS works very well. And I can tell you that it is very handy, since you can answer calls without having to pick up the phone, which can eventually distract you.
If you are Windows and Android user, this is a feature that already you can try right now. The Your Phone app is available on Android on the Google Play Store, and on Windwos on the Microsoft Store.
The only requirement is that the app is updated on both devices to its latest version. From there you can start answering and making calls on the PC connected to the smartphone.
This is the kind of functionality you will use if you really want to have your smartphone on its side while doing computer tasks. If they do not, we will certainly continue to meet your calls directly on it. It will all be a matter of convenience.
