Taking advantage of the absence of the Galaxy S8, LG will focus on you. Its next flagship smartphone, LG G6, has already been seen in some photographs, in glass and metal. Now we have one more source to confirm the metal construction of this LG G6.

The LG G6 was one of the main themes of this week's Tech Recap, a video you can find at the end of this article, where you can also see previous photos of the LG G6, in glass and metal.
This year LG will bet above all on the build quality and robustness of its next high end. Design will also be one of the central points for the public to look with confidence at your equipment.
Now without the LG G5's modular ideology, your successor will take advantage of the absence of the Galaxy S8 at MWC and the consequent delay in reaching markets.
However, it is rumored that LG will not use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor, the current flagship processor of this build. Instead, the chosen SoC will be the Snapdragon 821, a motor present in OnePlus 3T and Google Pixel. Needless to say, it is an excellent processor but unfortunately it is no longer the high end.
Today we can see the supposed LG G6 already protected by a very discreet protective cover that lets us see all the features of the smartphone.
This cover only covers the edges of the equipment, keeping everything else in sight. If this is really the LG G6 then we are in the presence of a smartphone built in metal, from its structure to the rear panel in brushed metal.
LG G6 Metal
It is impossible not to notice the dual cameras with their flash LED in the center, as well as the biometric sensor / fingerprint reader below.
On its front panel the screen takes up almost all the space with the side edges (bezels) extremely minute. We also see, on the sides, the microSD and SIM card slot on the left and the separate volume selection buttons and hopefully on the metal on the right.
At the bottom of the LG G6 we can find the Type C USB port with its own cover, something that suggests the presence of some type of IP (dust and water resistance) certification. We also have the 3.5mm jack and the antenna lines.
This LG G6 will be presented on February 26th at Mobile World Congress. Until then I leave you with the new photo gallery of this beautiful smartphone.
