The following procedure will allow you to install our Latest 5.1.1 Firmware update with Kodi / EBMC 16.1. Follow these simple steps. The Latest M9+ TV box software we have available to download is in the form of a .zip file. This means that the file is ‘compressed’ as a single file to make it easier to download. You will need to ‘unzip’ or ‘Extract’ M9+ Image file from the zip file once downloaded.
1/ You will need a USB to USB cable
2/ You will need a Windows PC
3/ You will need to use the Amlogic USB Burning Tool
4/ The latest M9+ Pro Firmware
1/ Download the latest M9+ Firmware
2/ Locate the reset button at the bottom of the M9+
3/ Plug the USB cable into USB port 4 on your M9+
4/ Hold the reset button in, then connect the power and USB cable (holding the reset button the whole time)
3/ Connect your M9+ to your PC With a USB to USB.
4/ Your device should now be in recovery mode
Tip If you press the area with your finger it will click this is what you need to hold in to put your M9+ into recovery
