Of all social networks, Instagram is possibly the one that has brought the most news to users over the last few months. Almost every week we have received news that a new feature was about to be released.
Well, this week is no exception. Apparently, Instagram is about to borrow a feature from Facebook. Since 2013, the social network introduced videos, but until today, users couldn't tag their friends in videos.

Instagram has come a long way in evolution until it has established itself as the most popular social network ever. But to stay on top, they know they need to keep innovating and offer new features to their users.
Since last year, the social network has seen its users' activity level increase exponentially. All thanks to the new features that it has been consistently implementing, keeping its users always enthusiastic about new forms of interaction.
Instagram will let you tag friends in videos for the first time with Facebook help
According to TechCrunch, this new tagging feature in videos will work quite differently from photos. A button will appear at the top left of your videos where you can access a list of the people who are tagged.
Apparently, when a user is tagged in a video, they will also appear on your feed. Quite possibly this new feature will also bring the option to allow or not to be tagged in videos. As with Facebook, with both videos and photos.
This feature is not yet available. Like all new features, it is now going through a testing phase. Therefore, it is only available to a restricted list of users.
However, since this is a feature that users have wanted for a long time, it will be released very soon. As expected, this feature will only be available on mobile versions of the social network. Not available in version web.
