Harry Potter in comic format
The Harry Potter saga It is one of the most important in literature and cinema. That practically nobody questions. Therefore, after so many years since the premiere of the latest book and his latest film, it is not surprising that it continues to generate so much interest.
If looking for all the curiosities of Harry Potter is not enough for you, you can enjoy the work that many fans do when creating their own works around the universe of the young wizard. From simple illustrations to stories, comics, etc.
Stephen Byrne He is one of these artists, but with plenty of experience in all this illustration. You can see that just by looking at some of his work and in particular the last one. And is that has brought the opening scene of the first Harry Potter movie into the comic and with which the first novel also begins.
If you don’t remember it or, worse still, you didn’t see the movie or read J.K Rowlong’s book, it features Albus Dumblerdore and Professor McGonawall as well as Ranger Hagrid. The latter, riding on his flying motorcycle, appears with Harry when he is just a baby.
Dublemdore has decided to take the little one to his uncles’ house Muggles who live in the house on Privet Drive and where Harry will spend the first ten years of his life thinking that he is just another child. Until he receives the letter that will take him to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where all his adventures will begin, he will know his true origin and start a journey with Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley that will end in a fight against Lord Voldemort.
Well, as you can see in the clip above, that is the first sequence that Byrne has taken to the comic format with a style and quality that you can see in the images shared through his Twitter account.

As you can see, the quality of the illustration is such that it is easy to imagine and wish an animated series with this style. Something that could perfectly be a real project considering how well other recently seen adaptations such as the Castlevania series on Netflix have worked.

Logically this is not the first work of this artist, on his Twitter profile you can see other types of material that he has been sharing and that he also reviews a lot of quality.
Anyway, hopefully in the head of a producer or manager is the idea of doing something of this style based on the Harry Potter stories. And if the whole topic related to illustration attracts you, this is a profile that you are interested in following on social networks. Although there are many more really creative profiles on Instagram and other networks that you should not miss either.
