The Huawei P20 Plus will be unveiled with the P20 and "Lite" on March 27 in Paris. The rumors are many and the conclusions few. This new video render (which you can see below) shows us an alleged Huawei P20 Plus and leaves us with more doubts than certainty.
Rumor has it that Huawei would not abandon the biometric sensor on the "Home" button below the screen, but this video based on previous schematics and information leaks does not show any holes for the biometric sensor.

If on the Huawei P20 Lite we see the fingerprint reader on the back of the smartphone, in this P20 Plus things are different. We can see such a "single mirror" on the screen, identical to iPhone X.
Will the Huawei P20 Plus leave the biometric sensor?
This choice of the "single mirror" has and should be questioned. After Apple iPhone X gives us this news there are many manufacturers following the trend. But is this the best solution?
I honestly prefer the ideology of the supposed Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S which will snap the front camera into the right corner of the screen without having to cut a huge slice of the screen.
Regarding the fingerprint sensor and its location we have some theories. Or the rendering is not correct and the Huawei P20 Plus will have the sensor on the Home button. Or we will have a biometric sensor on the screen, just like the Vivo smartphone. Or worse yet, we will not have this ideology and Huawei will replace it with its FaceID technology.
I honestly believe it is still too early to state anything. The new Huawei P20 will be unveiled a month from now and by then we will surely have more information and images that will take our doubts completely.
