Huawei's subsidiary is making the latest preparations for the launch of the latest high-end smartphone of 2019, the Honor V30 (or View 30 in Europe).
Although it had already appeared in a previous leak, it had not yet been officially confirmed the arrival of a "Pro" variant. However, a brand executive accidentally made this confirmation by using the Huawei Honor V30 Pro to post to the Weibo social network.
Therefore, it is confirmed that during the event that will take place next week, we will get to know at least two new high-end smartphones. But, it is important to remember that these will be unique to the Chinese market.
Huawei Honor V30 Pro and Honor V30 alleged specifications
Although not all the specifications of the two new tops have been confirmed, several details have already emerged that give us a good idea of what they will have to offer.
As expected, the "Pro" variant will look much more desirable than the normal variant. Still, both smartphones are expected to present themselves as excellent investment opportunities, especially being the first in the brand with 5G support.
While the Honor V30 Pro should come with a dual punch-hole OLED screen, the Honor V30 should be supported by an LCD panel and just a selfie camera. Also your main photographic module should differ. While the "Pro" variant should have a quad-camera, the normal variant should arrive with one less sensor.
One of the commonalities of these two smartphones will be the Kirin 990 processor, which will ensure high performance on either model.
Lastly, the Honor V40 should arrive with a 4,200mAh battery with 40W fast charging support, while the standard variant will have a 4,000mAh (22,5W) battery.
