We are practically a week away from the event, where the new smartphones from Huawei’s subsidiary will be presented and, according to the information that has been circulating, these will be talked about. After knowing that one of the models will debut the new Kirin 985 processor, details of the camera of the more “basic” model have now been revealed.
Of the three smartphones expected, the Honor 30 is expected to have the most modest specs, possibly arriving with a mid-range processor. However, new information published by leaker Steven H. McFly (@evleaks), reveal that even this model will arrive with impressive photographic capabilities.
Huawei Honor 30 will arrive with 50MP Sony sensor and 3x optical zoom
According to the published information, the Honor 30 will arrive equipped with a triple rear camera. The main sensor will be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX ‘700’, supported by a 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensor. The 12 megapixel sensor will arrive with an ultra wide angle lens, while the 8 megapixel sensor will have a telephoto lens that promises up to 3x optical zoom.
In addition to the promise of great quality and versatility with its different lenses, this photographic module also impresses thanks to the size of its sensors. While the main sensor offers a total dimension of 2.24µm, the 12 megapixel sensor raises this value to 2.8µm.
Although not yet confirmed, several rumors point to the presence of the Kirin 820 mid-range processor, which stands out for its level of performance and support for 5G networks. If the brand even chooses this chip, it is possible that the Honor 30 will hit the market at a very interesting price.
