Huawei FreeBuds 3 Review: An Earphones To Consider!

Huawei FreeBuds 3 have been my companions for 2 months. An experience that gave me assurances of my opinion about the new Huawei headphones.

We must immediately note that Huawei FreeBuds 3 are not for any user. The gadget has the value of 189 €, that is, they are expensive earphones. Let them be the companions of your Android or iPhone.

Huawei FreeBuds 3 Video Review

Huawei FreeBuds 3 Sound Quality

We start with the most important earphones. The sound quality of Huawei FreeBuds 3 is quite acceptable. By the way, I dare say it’s one of the best in the industry I’ve ever had the opportunity to test.

The bass is quality, the treble is clearly noted and the midrange is almost perfect. However, for this value we are in a totally different level.

Huawei FreeBuds 3

Since for 189 € you get some high quality headphones, if that’s the sound you want, go for some headphones. This is because Huawei FreeBuds 3 are comfortable but don’t give you the same sound quality as headphones that will isolate you from the world by completely covering your ear. Needless to say any headphones for 189 euros will have a better serious and more volume intensity.

Noise cancellation far from perfect

I am a lover of noise canceling headphones. I discovered this technology with the Bose C35 and the world has changed. Or at least the way I listened to music.

Huawei FreeBuds 3

So I was excited about the Huawei FreeBuds 3 and their cancellation. Unfortunately they were not able to surprise me in this industry. In fact, I used Huawei FreeBuds 3 almost always without this feature due to the inability of the earphones to understand the environment around me.

The best example I can give you is in the video above. When I talk about the effect that it gives you “underwater”, this is what it felt like when you changed environments with FreeBuds 3 (a noisy place to a less noisy place). The earphones could not stabilize at the noise cutoff intensity and eventually spoiled the interaction. Even with the update (which was seen in the video) I still have the same problem.

Huawei FreeBuds 3 Comfort

In this respect I can not complain. Still, it is worth noting that each person has their ear pattern. Earphones didn’t come out of my ear easily, however, it all depends on each person.

I’m not much of an exercise but I used them on a daily basis without any problem of them falling down or causing discomfort. Of course after a few hours you feel that your ear starts to get tired of having something inserted there.

The earphones battery is acceptable for the size of the gadgets. We have a good playtime and the box will charge as soon as the battery runs out.

However, there is a little less positive in this department. Standby time is far from perfect. If I left them for about 5 or 6 days, I knew that when I got them back, there would be no battery.

It is worth noting, however, that charging can be wireless. That is, you only need to land them on a pad charging and you always have a battery in your earphones.

Huawei FreeBuds 3 Final Verdict

I wish I could recommend them to all users because they are amazing when it comes to convenience. However, you have competitors who give us an identical ideology at a seriously lower price. They may not have the same sound quality, however, as I mentioned above, if you want sound quality and you have almost 200 € to spend on some headphones you should not, in my opinion, opt for earphones.

In short, if you like ideology and have some change to invest, I know for sure that you won’t be disappointed. But if you like to ponder your purchases … it’s worth considering before buying the new Huawei FreeBuds 3.
