It's called Narcos: Rise of The Cartels and is a game based on the hit Netflix series. From November you will be able to put yourself in the shoes of Pablo Escobar or Peter Murphy (DEA), and fight good or evil, depending on your side.
The title is produced by Curve Digital and Kuju, a turn-based tactics game due to arrive on the PC and PlayStation 4 on November 19th. Land on Nintendo Switch on November 21st and Xbox One on November 22nd.
How the game will work:
This title will take you to the first season events of the Netflix Narcos series. You will be able to side with the DEA or the Medellin Cartel in two different stories.
Set back in the 1980s, this story focuses on the rapid expansion of Palco Escobar (or El Patrón) in a universe of drugs, corruption and crime that plagued the city of Medellin. On the other side are the United States, represented by the anti-drug brigade.
You can help the rise of the drug empire under the watchful eye of Pablo Escobar, or try to stop the dark business by embodying the skin of DEA agent Steve Murphy.
This is a game very similar to other tactical titles of the genre. It will surely appeal to all those who are interested in the style and theme, but also to all fans of the hit Netflix series.
