Google prepares a new smartphone to be unveiled. Google Pixel Desire is expected to be the company's first smartphone with Android Go.
The Mountain View company's handsets are usually top of the range, but after last year unveiling Android Go, it looks like the US brand is preparing an entry range for emerging markets.

Google Pixel Desire should be a low end device. I remember that Android Go was designed for manufacturers to insert the operating system on smartphones with low specifications.
Android Go strives to provide us with a clean and careful user interface, but it doesn't require much hardware. Google says terminals with 512MB of RAM will have no problem using the operating system.
Google Pixel Desire expected to arrive with Android Go for emerging markets
In addition to Android Go, the company is also encouraging users to install "Lite" applications for low spec terminals. It is not yet certain if the terminal will be unveiled on Google I / O, by the way, it is not yet sure if these rumors are true.
Still, they do not seem to me to be out of place words. The American brand wants to continue to grow and nothing better than the Indian market to do so. As we know the second largest market in the world sins for the lack of possibility of purchase. An Android Go would certainly make a difference.
The name "Desire" should not come by chance. The handset may partner with HTC. This is no longer the first time HTC and Google have teamed up to bring us equipment. HTC's Desire line is usually for mid-range handsets, so it seems to me a credible statement.
